Accessibility Is a Delivery Requirement, Not a Final Review
Lizentia is working toward conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA for its public digital properties and incorporates applicable accessibility requirements into client delivery engagements. We do not claim complete conformance unless a current accessibility evaluation confirms it.

Accessibility commitment
Lizentia is committed to equitable access for people with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning and neurological disabilities. This commitment applies to Lizentia's public website and to the accessibility practices applied to client solutions when accessibility is included in the contracted scope. We treat accessibility as an ongoing practice, not a one-time compliance event.
Standards
The following are target and delivery standards, not certified conformance claims. A target standard identifies the level we work toward; a conformance claim requires a current evaluation that confirms it.
- WCAG 2.2 Level AA (target conformance standard)
- Section 508 (where applicable to federal and federally-funded programs)
- ADA digital-accessibility requirements
- Client-specific accessibility policies
Accessibility practices
- Semantic page structure
- Keyboard navigation
- Visible focus
- Text alternatives
- Captioning and transcripts
- Form labels and instructions
- Error identification
- Color contrast
- Zoom and text resizing
- Responsive reflow
- Accessible authentication
- Reduced-motion support
- Accessible documents
- Screen-reader testing
- Mobile accessibility
- Accessible procurement and design reviews
Testing approach
Automated scanning alone does not establish compliance. Lizentia combines automated and manual methods to evaluate accessibility across the delivery lifecycle.
- Automated scanning
- Keyboard testing
- Screen-reader testing
- Manual expert review
- Component-level testing
- User-acceptance testing
- Regression testing
Third-party content
Third-party platforms, documents, embedded tools and linked websites may have separate accessibility limitations outside Lizentia's control. Where Lizentia selects or configures third-party technologies, we work to choose and configure accessible options where feasible and document known limitations transparently.
Accessibility feedback
Use the form below to report a barrier. Submissions route to a monitored team. Fields marked optional may be left blank.
Response process
Reported barriers are reviewed, prioritized and remediated where feasible, and the outcome is communicated back to the reporting individual. Lizentia does not promise an exact response time unless an approved service level has been committed. Reports are tracked so recurrent barriers can be addressed at the source.
Known limitations
This CMS-managed section discloses known accessibility limitations and their remediation status. It is hidden until approved content is entered — no placeholder limitations are displayed.
Accessibility documentation
Project-specific accessibility documentation, testing reports and Accessibility Conformance Reports may be provided when they have been created as part of the contractual scope. Lizentia does not automatically claim that a VPAT or ACR exists for a given engagement.
